This Privacy Policy explains what information Valtor ("we," "us," or "our") collects through this website, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. This policy applies only to information collected through this website, not to information collected in the course of an active client engagement, which is governed by a separate service agreement.

Information we collect

When you use this website, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website URL, and project details submitted through the contact form or the "Ava" chat assistant.
• Chat conversations you have with Ava, our AI chat assistant. Messages you type into the chat window are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response, and — only if you choose to have your details sent to us through the chat — the same categories of information listed above.
• Scheduling information, such as your name, email, and selected time, if you book a consultation through the Cal.com booking widget on the Contact page.
• Voice conversations if you call our AI receptionist demo line or start the in-browser "Talk to Ava" voice demo. These calls are recorded and processed — including transcribed to text — by our voice AI provider, Vapi, to generate a response. The browser demo also asks for your name and email beforehand so the demo line stays available for real visitors.
• Automatically collected information, such as general analytics data about how visitors use this site (for example, which pages are viewed). This site is configured to use privacy-conscious analytics and does not use invasive tracking by default.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information — such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information — through the public contact form or the chat assistant.

How we use information

Information submitted through this website is used to:

• Respond to consultation requests and general inquiries
• Communicate about potential or ongoing projects
• Improve this website and our services

We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

Third-party services

This website relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each processes information according to its own privacy policy, linked below:

• Formspree — receives and delivers contact form and chat-lead submissions to us by email.
• Cal.com — powers the booking widget on the Contact page, if you choose to schedule a time directly.
• Anthropic — processes messages sent to the Ava chat assistant to generate responses.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and, only if enabled, provides privacy-conscious Web Analytics.
• Vapi — powers the AI receptionist demo line and the in-browser "Talk to Ava" voice demo, and records, transcribes, and processes those calls to generate responses.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use lightweight, privacy-conscious analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand general site usage. Analytics on this site are configured to be optional and are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through the contact form or chat assistant for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted, unless we have an ongoing client relationship with you or a legal obligation to retain it longer. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see "Your choices" below. Rate-limiting data used to prevent chat abuse (tied to IP address, not identity) is automatically deleted within a few hours.

Your choices

You may request that we delete personal information you have submitted through this website by contacting us at legal@valtortech.com. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to correct inaccurate information. Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
