Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is the property of Valtor and may not be copied or reused without permission. For client projects, ownership of the final agreed-upon deliverables (such as website code or designs) transfers to the client upon full payment, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or components we designate as retained IP in the applicable proposal. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain our property.

This website may link to or use third-party services (such as scheduling or form providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valtor's total liability arising out of or related to your use of this website, or any services provided, will not exceed the total amount you paid to Valtor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
